AI Answer Box, $4,195: the NAS 5 AI with 64 GB integrated memory, an NVMe system drive, two 8 TB NAS-class drives installed as a mirror (8 TB usable), open NVMe slots and three open 3.5-inch bays, set up with the Banksy AI software. Add-ons, installed and tested before shipping: NVMe drives 2 TB $779, 4 TB $1,259, 8 TB $3,379 (up to four); 3.5-inch NAS-class drives 4 TB $249, 8 TB $429, 12 TB $599, 16 TB $849, 20 TB $1,099, 24 TB $1,399, 32 TB $1,890 (up to three, in the open bays). Drive add-on prices follow the market and may change without notice; a paid price lock holds them for 45 days. Fully Loaded, $9,995: the same box with five 32 TB NAS-class drives installed and configured (160 TB of drives; 128 TB usable with single-drive protection or 96 TB with dual-drive protection, chosen at setup). Other drive mixes are quoted separately at order time and the quote is good for 30 days. Tee, $50: one Banksy AI tee in the size you choose. Boxes ship about 8 weeks after the order is paid (Kickstarter: about 8 weeks after the campaign ends, in pledge order; the first batch is scheduled for February 2027). Units come from factory batches, then are set up and tested. We email you your ship date within two business days of your order, and we set up and test each box before it ships. Component lead times can move the window; we will email you if it moves. An estimated window is not a guaranteed calendar date.
Paying $100 holds the edition and add-on prices in effect that day ($4,195 and $9,995 for the editions as of this writing) for 45 days from the day you pay. Order any edition in those 45 days and you pay that price, even if it goes up. After 45 days the lock expires and the then-current price applies. The lock is not an order and does not reserve a unit or a ship date. The $100 is credited to your order when you buy within the 45 days, and is refundable on request if you don't.
Card payments are taken through Stripe at checkout; we never see or store your card number. Payment is due at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices may change for new orders; a paid order or an active $100 lock keeps its price.
Before the box ships: cancel any time for a full refund of what you paid us for the box, minus any non-recoverable custom-order parts we have already bought for your build (we will tell you before buying them). After it ships: returns only for dead-on-arrival or defect within 14 days of delivery, with an RMA required; completed setup labor is non-refundable. Tees: unworn tees can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
2-year warranty from the manufacturer on the hardware; claims go directly to the manufacturer. Banksy AI LLC gives no separate warranty. Warranty terms available on request. This does not change the 14-day dead-on-arrival / defect return under "Cancellation & refunds" above.
